ARK Disclosure

• Playing ranked builds an ARK claim. A claim is a figure in our records showing how much ARK your play may make available to you under the rules in force at the time.
• Releases from a claim happen only through play, are capped by your rank each season, and follow the rules shown in the Vault, such as releasing more when ARK is burned.
• A claim is not property, not a balance owed to you and not transferable. It can be adjusted or removed for cheating, error or a breach of the Terms, and it ends if your account is closed.
• The rules for claims, caps, burns and seasons may change as the game is balanced. Changes apply from the date they are announced.

ARK features in STAKD are in development. Until we announce otherwise in the Service, no ARK is transferred on any blockchain from STAKD, and figures shown in the Vault, including burn counters and circulating supply, may be illustrative or preliminary.

A wallet is never required to play. When ARK becomes transferable, it will go to a wallet you control. We will not hold ARK for you, we cannot recover a wallet you lose access to, and transfers on a blockchain cannot be reversed.

• ARK may have no value, and any value it has may fall to zero.
• There may never be a market for ARK, and you may not be able to sell or use it outside STAKD.
• Laws about digital tokens are changing and differ by country. ARK features may be limited, changed or unavailable where you live, and you are responsible for any tax that applies to you.
• Smart contracts and wallets can have bugs and can be attacked, and blockchain networks can fail or be congested.
• We may change or end ARK features, or the Service, as the Terms of Service describe.

Nothing in STAKD, in the Vault or in anything we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to acquire any token. ARK is designed for use in the game, not as an investment.
