Refund Policy

• You were charged but the coins never reached your account, and we cannot deliver them.
• You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, for the same purchase.
• Your account or card was used without your permission, and you tell us within 14 days of the charge.
• We close the Service entirely: unused coins bought in the 90 days before we announce the closure are refunded in proportion to what is left of them.
• Any other case where the law where you live gives you the right to a refund.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once delivery starts, if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Before every coin purchase we ask you to confirm exactly that, and coins are delivered immediately afterwards. If coins are not delivered, or are faulty, your statutory rights are not affected.

Email ethan@everreachlabs.io from the address on your account within 30 days of the purchase, with the date, the amount and the pack. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

When a purchase is refunded, the coins it bought are removed from your balance. If you have already spent them, your balance may go below what it would otherwise be.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, we can usually fix the problem faster. If a purchase is charged back, the coins it bought are removed and the account may be suspended while the dispute is open, as the Terms of Service explain.

Coins earned for free, such as from the daily login ladder, play chips used in free play games, and ARK claims are never refundable or exchangeable, because nothing was paid for them.
